ODM leader Raila Odinga has expressed optimism that the Court of Appeal will rule in favour of the appellants in the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) appeal case.
Speaking in a recent interview, the ODM leader noted that lawyers representing the appellants did a good job, adding that he is hopeful that BBI reggae will resume soon.
Raila, however, noted that if the court rules against them, they will respect the ruling even though they may not agree with it.
He cited the 2013 presidential petition where the opposition respected the ruling against their petition, but did not agree with it.
Raila, however, did not indicate whether the petitioners will move to the Supreme Court if the appeal is unsuccessful.
