Since the emergence of Genge, genge-tone has been it’s high-profile subgenre with several young Kenyan artists releasing hit songs and saw the creation of groups like Sailors Gang and Ethic entertainment.
Sailors Gang took the reins when it comes to positioning gengetone in Kenya’s marketplace. However, speculation has swirled about their main man Miracle Baby’s impending departure.
Miracle Baby has been missing various shows with elite squad after the Mwalimu Racheal incident where she was accused of sexually abusing Baby’s close friend.
However, Miracle Baby has come out to rubbish speculation that he is looking to leave or left Sailors Gang, hitting out at fake news claiming that he has fallen out with Mwalimu Racheal.
” Tangu ni announce the TEAM managing me…kuna Fake News circulating that nimetoka @sailors_254 that’s a lie…am still a strong✊🏾group member…& they are NOT part of Sailors management. #staysafe #PeterMiracleBaby ” he wrote.
Thankfully, fans are relieved to hear that the group is not going anywhere and will remain together because when a partnership in music works, it can work exceptionally well.
