Kenyan born rapper Kaycyy Pluto is ready to take over the United States of America’s rap scene.
Whenever he hops in the studio, he delivers some of the rawest jawns in modern hip-hop that have made him be high in demand. With a few years in the industry under his belt, he made an impact when he dropped his first single “Say You Do”.
The 22-year old Kenyan also known by his birth name Mark Mbogo has been associated with huge names in the US music industry Maino, Casanova, Kenyan DJ Poizon Ivy, Kanye West, Lil Baby and Lil Keed.
Recently he was featured in one of hip-hop G.O.A.T.S Lil Wayne’s deluxe version to Funeral album which is a huge achievement. Kaycyy Pluto is credited as a writer on the song Big Worm.
Kaycyy Pluto relocated with his family to the U.S. when he was 9 years old. In an interview with an American tabloid , he said his love for music started at his church in Kenya when he was just a kid. He is self-taught. Growing up his family couldn’t afford the computer software to produce music, so he instead would sign up for the “free trials” until they expired.
He signed his first contract with ATM/Alive Productions. His music was also featured on the soundtrack to the movie “The Other Woman.”
Pluto is said to be working on a second album after releasing his debut Patiently Waiting earlier this year.
