Jalang’o isn’t here for naysayers
Kiss 100 presenter Felix Odiwuor alias Jalang’o has responded to the backlash he received from netizens this morning following his opinion on the ongoing debate surrounding Kenyan restaurant chain Artcaffe’s exposure offer to artists in exchange with their work.
On Wednesday morning, Jalang’o took to micro-blogging site Twitter with a series of tweets to call out netizens who have been jealous of his success. The comedian narrated how he came from nothing to something.
” Y’all criticizing me because I’m living my dreams? Jealousy will finish some lazy Kenyans. I wake up at 3 when most of you are dead asleep. I was a fisherman a decade ago & fished all night long with “particle” kind of payment as some of you were driven to international Group of schools, ” Jalang’o wrote.
” I attended low-grade schools but still your entrepreneurship skills still can’t match mine. Some of you have Ph. Ds, Masters but all irrelevant. I buy my cars in showrooms with zero mileage because I don’t do mitumbas. In my crew, I’m paying a Yale graduate,” his commentary continued.
” Fast forward, STOP HATING & WORK your *ss out!!!” Jalas ended his thread.
