- 3 pineapples
- 1 kg sugar
- Peel all three pineapples and cut them up into pieces.
- Cut the peels into small pieces and combine with the pineapple pieces. Place the pineapple pieces and peel into a bucket and add the sugar .
- Fill the bucket to the top with water then cover the top with a muslin cloth .
- Let it stand for about two days until you can see froth.

Strain the beer through cloth in order to separate the liquid from the thicker pieces of pineapple pulp.
