Citizen TV news anchor Swaleh Mdoe is still mourning the passing of his dad Ali Buki who died after years of battling with throat cancer.
Unfortunately, according to Swaleh, doctors gave up on his dad when his condition seem too serious and discharged him.
“My dad has been sick for some time now. A few months ago, he was moved from Mombasa where he stays and was taken to Malindi to stay with his elder sister,” Mdoe said.
“He has been in Malindi, it reached a point where the doctors gave up on him and discharged him even before he was fully recovered.” he said.
Swaleh’s dad passed away on Sunday afternoon and was laid to rest yesterday.
